WORST SERVICE EVER FROM DEBTBUSTERS - REFRAIN FROM USING THEM

Communication and feedback to clients is most definitely not the forte of Lauren Manuel or Debtbusters. Amazingly, another client lodged a similar complaint (on the HelloPeter platform on 3 February 2020) and did not receive the necessary response.

I think it is time that we need to take this matter to the next platform to make the public aware of the nonchalante manner that this company is conducting business. They charges fees and costs, but do not care to meaningfully assist the client as per the regulations of the NCR.

It seems that their pockets are the only thing that is important – client not so much.
