WORST SERVICE EVER FROM DEBT BUSTERS

I had the worst service ever from debt busters I signed with them in 2017 and I now find out that instead of them clearing out my debt it has now increased by almost R6000. Debt busters was paying my fnb overdraft and in 2017 fnb sent them and email informing them that they changing the bank account number and going forward they need to make payments into the new account. They did not change the details me as the client assuming that they changed it and for 3 years they made payments into the wrong account due to that R6000 interest add onto the overdraft account because it showed that no payments where made for 3 years. I never really checked my payments as I trusted debt busters. Fnb does not want to assist in reversing the charges as they say it was not there mistake. Nokuthula Mutewa and Lauren Manuel at debt busters where dealing with my query they said they will get higher management involved to assist with what happened and they will get fnb to reverse the charges i then find out that the closed my ticket as resolved and now no one is responding to my mails. I am now sitting with R6000 added to my debt and Debt busters is not willing to assist.
