Worst service ever by Debt Busters

I enquired about my debt review a month or two ago if my debt review is coming to an end and I was told by the customer service agent that I will be done August 2021. I then sent an email last month requesting some of my paid up letters for accounts I've already paid off and the agent called me while I was in a meeting, i asked if he could call me back which never happened however later that day I received an email with the paid up letter and him stating that there's still an outstanding amount on another account of R17773.19 How can that be??? After numerous of calls and emails everyone person confirmed I'm done end of August, now I'm told there's still money I need to pay!! What's worse, I've emailed Debt Busters for the past two weeks and no one has bothered to contact me back. I just want someone to help me sort out this issue urgently.
