Worst service ever

I've been a client of DebtBusters since march 2017. In 2020 I contacted DebtBusters stating that i want to settle all my accounts. I paid up all my accounts and refunds which was due to overpaying certain accounts was refunded to Hypen to settle only 1 outstanding account. I requested for my debit order to be stopped and was promised it will be stopped. Unfortunately this did not happen and my account was debited on 25/01/21 for the amount of R12000. Continuous emails and phone calls to debtbusters fall on deaf ears. This company sucks. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
