Worst Service ever

I'm a very frustrated client. I have been in contact with DebtBusters since the 22nd July after I noticed that they over debited me with unauthorized amount of R674.00. This increase was never communicated to me, and furthermore, how do they increase my debit order if the court granted a specific amount needed to pay for the debts? To date I haven't received my refund. I did advise them that I'm on chronic medication and those funds need to be paid urgently so that I'm able to get my medication.

Furthermore, I've been requesting them to provide me with the copy of the granted Court order but are refusing to provide me with same, which makes me wonder if there is any court order at all. It is 6 months now waiting for this court order.

This is the worst service I've ever received and regret why I even agreed to be on debt review as I don't see the benefit at all.

Can I please get my refund and the copy of the court order urgently?
