Worst Service Ever

My Husband and myself app**** for debt Review 4 years and 11 Months ago ( By this time we are over the moon as we are having our last payment going off in August 2019 ) , monthly payments was not missed once , about a Year ago Absa bank credit cards department take R1200 from my account stating it was never paid by Debt busters , I called them okay we agreed that I will reverse the Debit order take my R1200 back and pay the rest back to them , it was done accordingly all happy days , about 4 Months ago I get a call from Jet stating they have listed me as a default I called Debt busters an was informed , So sorry it was not updated we will pay them from next Months , ****ed off already at this stage I let it go , my husband gets a call from Direct Access about a Month ago stating he owes R10k on a Personal loan , I inform Debt busters again of this , I called them Today and was informed of the following : 1. Because your Bonds rate changed to 6.75% this is the reason why you will continue paying until May 2020 !! WAIT WHAT ?? I requested to speak to a Manager , Shakiera who is the consultant who assisted me puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back to me to inform me that all the Managers is currently in a meeting until 5 o clock , ( This was 3:30) I aid not a problem I will continue to hold as this is a huge thing , about 10 minutes Later a Manager by the Name of Shereen comes back to me and informs me she will look into it will create a ticket and get back to me by Friday the 19th , no ticket number received and it is 5 o clock - I need to understand why am I paying aftercare fees because clearly my accounts are not being monitored ? I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANYTHING MORE THAN MY LAST INSTLAMENT THAT IS DUE ON THE 20TH AUGUST AS I HAVE STUCK TO MY PART OF THE AGREEMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst Service ever
