Worst service ever

I have been with them for 6 years now. In the beginning they charged for legal fees which they never went to court so I paid for a service that was not done. After my home loan decided this year to cancel the agreement with debt busters and I have to start paying on my own again I started finding out about the legal fees and other things. In the 5 years only now that there is trouble did they start finding out what is my out standing balances with creditors. Not only that I was informed that 4 creditors will be paid off by end August and that my monthly installment would fall with about 200-300. When I phoned today the installment came down with R 4. How does that work. I have left a message for Matshediso who dealt with my account and she was late this morning. When I phoned after one I was informed she was moved to a different department. They will not let you speak to a senior person and the service is ****. The only thing they do instead of helping is *****ing your life up more. I will never in my life tell anyone to use their services and are ashamed that I decided to go to them for help.
