Worst service EVER!!!!

You should change your service from financial services to just financial (AKA we take your money without providing a service). I've been emailing the following people since Monday and I STILL haven't gotten the required documentation. I will be escalating this issue everyday that I don't get a response and this morning I explicitly asked to terminate my service with immediate effect and asked for all the documentation. I am blown away as to how you guys win awards and not provide the service and if need be, I will make it known to consumers that you aren't prepared to provide the necessary service. As per Nedbank, you guys haven't been paying them regularly. They receive payments intermittently. So what all are you doing with the funds that I pay you?
