Worst Nightmare
I've spent over R100 on airtime calling to be put on hold and my call never gets returned.
Debit orders of over R15000 went off yet I have paid you'll for the service that has been non-existent.
Rent is due, I may have to source out alternative place to stay which will be impossible since I'm under debt review now yet the service has not been delivered except for the money I've paid over to you.
I've been in hospital for anxiety and depression due to my debt and thought this would be a solution but I shot myself in the foot.
I look at my balances and they are incorrect Boodle Loans will not have 4 open loans for someone and this is a misrepresentation and mistatememt of balances which I doubt is legal. I only had two open loans with them and sent the statements of balances.
This is agonizing and I don't know what else to do now.
Simbarashe Chikuni was always so active in calling me when I was being chased as a client and now I can't even reach him nor get through to him.

Creditors are still harrasing me as they have not been contacted.
You're informing me that you may not be able to retrieve the R10k worth of pay day debit orders which are actually the ones that made me approach you in the first place therefore if I'm paying for them I want to cancel your services and don't mind going the legal route as I'm already in shambles.
You'll lack integrity and are misleading in your engagements for numbers.
I honestly did the debt review option because of the payday loans as well. Because I think my debit orders without them would be manageable therefore I do need help with them (Sunshine and GoLend make up almost R10k)
My debit orders without these would be as follows:
Nedbank PL R2303
Nedbank Credit card R650
Standard Bank Credit card R1500
Finchoice R 1640
Foschini R1000
FASTA R3500
Boodle loan 1 R1700
Boodle loan 2 R1800
TOTAL R14093
Disposable Income R17k
This means without the payday loans I can afford my life, I came to ask for help to also resolve payday loans as we discussed that I'd always go back to them because after paying them I'm left with no money so I need help with Sunshine and GoLend.
Also the reflection of the Boodle loans is not correct I only had two open Boodle loans and attached the statements in my previous emails. Boodle does not allow one to have more than 3 open loans and I normally had two 6 months loans that debit me under R2k each and a payday loan. Unfortunately last month they couldn't offer me a payday loan because my credit score decreased therefore I had no payday loans open with them last month the rest were paid off and you can use my bank statement for ease of reference as well.
Please update my profile to reflect the correct balances as I've also requested such from all credit providers that they send me the balances carried forward prior to you engaging with them for reconciliation.
I need to pay my rent by Friday and you'll don't have a plan but happy to have me add to your pipelines or budgets. This is utterly unacceptable, we come to you'll as last resort because we can't sleep I even came from hospital for goodness sake but you'll still do this to me?
