18 Aug 2022, 09:16This is has been a nightmare since the day I spoke to your consultant, to this day I am held captive by your ridiculous systems. I need my withdrawal letter and correlating DHS Screenshot. You have been unable or rather choose not to help me, if ever you want to help then please get someone to get this for me. I have had 8 months of hell because of you. I don't understand how a company can be so bad at customer service!
