WORST DEBT COUNSELLING AGENCY EVER.

I have been with Debt Busters since July 2015. This year should be my final year. Last year and this current year I have been having numerous emails from Creditors saying that we have missed payments or that the accounts have been terminated. Also I get the monthly statements from Hyphen to check my account and balances. Some of the accounts are paid up according to the statements but yet I still get harassed by creditors and lawyers to say that the accounts are overdue yet I am under the impression the account is paid up. If they are not paying the accounts who are they paying? Every time I follow up with them to get this sorted out they take days to get back to me and when they do get back they advise me that they will re-instate the account back onto my portfolio. Why re-instate if it is paid up according to Debt Busters. Where is the monies going to. I wish to cancel my contract with them and rather start paying my accounts myself if this is going to be a continuous occurrence. But then again if I do that will they ever clear my name. I cannot be under debt review for the rest of my life. Here I am getting excited because I am nearing the end yet I am far from done as the accounts keep on getting re-instated.

They give you the best assistance in the beginning when they want to recruit you but after that they throw you to the wolves.
