Worst Debt councelers

I landed myself in financial distress at the begining of 2023. I was referred to Debtbusters by a friend who told me their assistance and sevice are great. I app**** for debt counceling in May of 2023. To my dismay I found that it is not the case. They negotiated the terms of repayments to my creditors who accepted at first. I received an email in October 2023 informing me that their legal team would contact me to finalise legal procedings and protection from creditor harrassment. In April 2024 my bank sent a notification indicating that certain accounts will be terminated from the debt review process. Since then my former wife and myself have been harrassed by debt collectors and the bank that I have debt with, regarding my credit card and personal loan which in my understanding should both be under the debt review process. She has no knowledge about my finances and was not given up as a reference at any point in time. I contacted Debtbusters and a year later, in May of 2024 had to complete documents to start legal procedings. Since then I have been communicating telephonically and via email with Debtbusters to resolve this matter. I have had no positive feedback from Benay Sager or Bronwyne Meiring regarding this matter. This is totally unacceptable and the worst service I have received. We are bombarded daily with calls and Debtbusters have not done anything to resolve this matter.
