Worst Customer Service (lack of and then some attitude)
I am currently working in China. Getting my money back home to South Africa has been a nightmare. I've been trying to make arrangements regarding my account and all I get is a smart assist consultant "know it all" and then zero feedback. I've asked for a direct number to call as the 086 numbers do not dial internationally and still no feedback. Debt Busters were amazing when it came to new business, wow so fast and efficient. However their after customer service is pathetic I regret having signed up with them.
