Worst customer service ever

I got so much attention when joining this company but things started seeming shaddy when I needed service from them and my emails went unanswered, my calls where ignored as I was put on endless holds that were eventually cut out every time I made contact and no one seemed bothered with giving me any kind of service. I have now decided to take my business elsewhere and now debt busters is again ignoring my emails and declining my request on the basis that I am not responding to their mails. This is has now not only become a matter of bad service but suspicious business practice. Debt busters should be investigated as it is clear that clients are not their priority.
