Worst company ever - so sick & tired of them

These people are going to drive me crazy. It's been 3 weeks now I am waiting for them to transfer my account to another debt review company Shado. I have been calling I am been sent from pillar to post. I was told on Monday the matter is being escalated to a manager in the transfer department and I will receive feedback. It's now Friday I am still waiting for this manager to call me. I terminated thier service in 2019 and now a simple transfer request is taking this long. I am sick and tired of this company thus I terminated their service and now they are now I have to beg them to authorize the transfer. I don't want to use them can they please approve the transfer request. The company I'm joining has sent so many transfer request to them, I called thm as well and 3 weeks later they have not done anything. Debt busters does not care about their clients. It is within my legal right to join another debt review company if I don't want them. I am so angry 😠 😡 and frustrated. I regret the day I joined them.
