Worse service ever

So a lady by the name Sumaya from debtbusters calls me and does not even ask me what happened she just tells me what Simba told her and when I ask her questions she couldn't answer them. She said I gave my ID number to a girl by the name of Entle, I was like did that girl tell me that she is going to run a hard search under my profile when I give her my ID number she couldn't answer. I asked her when you called me did you ask me what my problem was or just just starting talking she couldn't answer. I asked her since you claim to have listened to my phone call what did I say I wanted and who did I say I wanted to talk to she still couldn't answer. I told her to stop wasting my time since she doesn't know what to say then I hung up. @Debtbusters please stop asking *********** unprepared and unprofessional people to call us. And I'm going to peruse this matter further. If anyone doesn't believe me call the number for just money and it will go through to them and when you ask to speak to someone they will ask for your ID number and as soon as you give them your ID number for them to transfer you they have already ran a hard search under your profile. Please tell me is that a right thing to do?

People please don't ever call Debtbusters they will ask for your ID and they will ruin your name.
