Won't sent clearance certificate unless I pay additional fees.
Despite me asking on numerous occasions what the cost will be to get a clearance certificate once all paid up letters sent, consultants advised nothing, I just need to send all paid up letters. I've done so and they send me an invoice of +-R3500 for a clearance certificate. Dishonest organisation from the start!

01 Dec 2025, 11:25How can a fee come into effect from August 2025, yet you haven't given anyone prior notice informing people either via email, sms or telecom. Yet think it's okay to advise someone at the last minute that additional fees are applicable. Very Very dishonest organisation! despite sending enquires to Debt buster in June and August no one advise about additional fee for clearance, just told, send paid up letter.
