Woeful Debtbusters

I have been trying to get my clearance certificate from debtbusters since the 23rd of July. The have been woeful in their response. I have tried every means necessary to resolve this issue. When I finally did get though to them they were vague, stating that they were waiting for a paid up letter. I subsequently contacted the creditor in question and they provided me with paid up letter. I have subsequently have emailed debtbusters the letter in question. I am also consulting my attorney about this matter. I would avoid their services at all costs if I were you
