withdrawal letter
<div>im ricardo ******** id ********** 115. according to reagan ******* my withdrawal letter is awaiting internal approval for the past week maybe longer and he has no idea when it would ever get approved, the companies im owing have cancelled my debt counselling and i have to pay direct totally understand because that's what i want, but the problem companies that i dont have loans with cant consolidate my debt because i can not provide proof that i am no longer under counselling, all i want is the letter please . call centre is giving me a option to get a lawyer and go to court to prove i can pay my debt myself. i can and i want to pay my debt myself but why must i spend thousands of rands getting a lawyer where as my withdrawal is with you debt busters is just to approve by your management and send it to me. that same money for the lawyers i can pay towards my debt and you guys are providing absolutely no assistance to me and you guys are stopping other companies from helping. you guys are really messing with me. please can i have my withdrawal letter Thanks Ricardo</div>

A senior manager was trying to contact you all morning to discuss your issues raised. We acknowledge your request for the withdrawal form, this will be provided however the form will not enable the removal of the debt review flag that reflects on your credit report. The 17.W (B) form is a withdrawal form however the reason stipulated will be a suspension of our services due to non-compliance, kindly note this is a standard reason.
With reference to obtaining an order to declare you no longer over-indebted, this was recommended as the debt review flag will still reflect when we issue the suspension letter, therefore, a credit provider will still advise you, you are flagged as under debt review.
Kindly note the withdrawal letter will be processed today as per your request.
