Why not to use DEBT BUSTERS is you are in debt.

After 11 months with debt busters and without any late payments i did recieve a phonecall from a attorney telling me that Standard Bank are handed me over to them because i dont pay my account.I was so surprised because all my debit orders are going off and on my statement and it shows that the money is pay to my debtors.I phoned debt busters a week ago and they promise me that they will negotiate with Standard Bank for a new payment.After a week i am still waiting for them to come back to me.The attorneys told me that because debt busters paid my money late into my Standard bank account they closed my bank account and send them a termination letter stating what they are going to do.Since March there was no payment on my bank account and only interest payable by me.I also had to make a promise to pay my account by the end of Aug to the attorneys knowing that i am already paying a amount to Debt Busters. My question is why do i go to a company to help me get my debt paid but they are even taking me deeper down with my debt. Nobody is coming back to you even if you send an email.Nobody can tell me where did my money go to since March(The money for Standard Bank)and who is going to pay the interest for their mistake. Since day one we had problems with them.I called again today and they promise me that they will sort out the problem and will call me back by Monday.I already did go and see my attorney and told him lets see what they are going to do with this.I will strongly not advise any one to use DEBT BUSTERS to help you with your debt because they really dont care.Where did you see that they place you on debt review and after 11 month a lawyer phone you and tell you that you are handed over to them.Please think twice before you use them.
