Why has no one called back
My fiance called debt busters on the 26th of October and was informed old mutual will call him back. Apparently they have done this 5 times with NO MISSED CALLS OR MESSAGES. If we weren't looking for assistance we wouldn't be calling. Why as a client do we need to be calling and following up numerous times for service. Old mutual and debt busters consolidation need to make an alternative plan in terms of this. I would like an answer urgently. If they are not going to help we need to be told this.
