Where does my money go?

Since it's nearly impossible to get help over the phone and emails are never answered I have to lodge my complaint through Hellopeter.

I started with Debt Busters for nearly a year now and I have never noticed this until last month when I actually viewed the Hpyhen PDA statmenent that the money I pay to Debt Busters isn't going to my debts well atleast most of it isn't. For example, Debt Busters claims that I paid R 12 000 towards my car so far (according to the statement) yet on the very same statment it says my total still owing for my car has only come down by R 3000. Could Debt Busters explain this to me?

If that is the case then I'll only have all my debt paid up in roughly 20 years which is 15 years longer than what Debt Busters promises. If it continues like this, come 20 years I would've paid over R 400 000 to Debt Busters which is R 300 000 more than my debt.

Please shed some light on this as I am not happy paying you guys and my money isn't used to my aid.
