What customer service?!?!?!
Absolutely horrific customer services!!!
I have sent 7 e-mail to cancel your services, as I have been paying you for more than 5 years after having initially being misled that it will only be for 5 years.
Please don't tell me to call any number because I have tried and cannot hold for 10 to 20 minutes and also DON'T mention fromtheceosoffice e-mail cause surprise surprise it doesn't help either.
I want your services cancelled immediately.
