What a disgraceful company

I finally completed my debt review process at the end of last month and what I thought would be a easy going process to receive my Clearance certificate has become an absolute nightmare. On the 22nd October I queried if all accounts had been paid up and it was confirmed that the only outstanding amount was from Wesbank. I made the outstanding payment to Wesbank.

I then checked my credit status and saw that there was an outstanding amount listed with RCS. When I queried this, Debtbusters once again neglected to do their job. I made the payment to RCS and asked for my Clearance certificate again. After numerous attempts to get hold of Debtbusters, I just received a mail now acknowledging receipt of my query and that it will take 7-10days to sort out.

This is absolutely useless and I'm sick and tired of Debtbusters and their pathetic service. All I want is my clearance certificate but now I'm being ignored by this useless company!!!
