Warning!!! DebtBuster adding you on Debt review without explanation!!!!

In this year I started getting Sanlam involved to assist me to handle my financial structure better. I was so looking forward getting everything in order for the sake of my family and our future. Then I received concerning information from Sanlam.

Sanlam confirmed that I am listed under Debt Review. Shockingly I couldn't understand how this could have happen, because I didn't asked or app**** to be under such system.

They told me that Debt Buster added me in January 2022. I decided to contact Debt Buster, After much attempting efforts, long waiting calls, calls been forwarded from one consultant to another and emails with no satisfying answer, I realize that they won't assist me at all.

On our email communication they can't explain the reason way they have added me on Debt review and the can't seems to get my application or documentation from me..

My biggest question is now, where did they get my information from to add me on Debt review, my ID information?

They also don't seems to be warried about my complaints or do much effort to assist.
