Waiting months for clearance certificate

<div>This is now my second review regarding the issuing of my Clearance Ceritificate As a client i had to do constant follow ups. Have been waiting my Clearance Ceritificate since May 2019, with nothing happening. +++++ contacted us on Thursday morning last week promising feedback that afternoon, he has made no further contact scince then. Another ticket was logged ID 641672 but no feedback has been recieved on this yet. On your Smart app my balances are all zero so why am i still waiting for the clearance certificate? Please assist </div>
