Very very poor service

Intially debt busters seemed to be a very professional company. When I first joined them everything was good and they helped me a lot. I made my payments deligently for more than 2 years with no issues. Last year I unfrotunatly had to skip a payment due to personal reasons, before the wnd of that particular month a sent them a message/mail via the link on the website. I received no reply. When I phoned them it seemed that no one was able to find out who my "account manager" is since the person that I dealt with up to that point has resigned?? After many many phonecalls I just gave up and went ahead and did not make the payment.... all of a sudden, within 3 days of the payment not being made, my new "account manager" phones me regarding the skipped payment!!! For the next week after that I was phoned by maybe 3 differentnpeople from debt busters to regarding the skipped payment. I made arrangements with debt busters and made a double payment the following month. This all happend around Feb 2017. Around june of 2017 my situation improved to a point where I could afford additional payments. Again as per the notes on the website I tried to contact my "account manager" to arrange extra payments on certain accounts, low and behold again I did not get any reply on mails. I eventually got hold of yet another new "account manager"who promised me that she will send me the updated details of my creditors in order for us to discuss additional payments, no mail or details ever came!! Even after numerous mails and phone calls, no reply!! In november of 2017 I decided that after still not receiving the requested information to try and obtain the account details of my creditors myself and do direct payments to them in addition to the normal debt busters payments trough hyphen PDA. For February 2018 I did not make the payment to debt busters but paid my creditors direct without any hassles. Sure enough, within a few days I received a call from debt busters. The person that phoned me was not the same person as my last "account manager" and I explained to her the situation since June 2018. She confirmend that she will follow up and she did cc me in on a mail to my "account manager" requesting feedback, again no reply to this mail, at least not that I was copied in on?? Then for a few weeks I received treats of cancellation and legal action from my creditors if I do not make payments to debt busters. By March/April I received a notification of term8nation from debt busters, some or other 17.something form that will be sent to my credit providers?? That was also subsequently done. Now although I made the required payments wesbank want to reposess my vehicle!! I do understand that since the form 17.?? Was iasued it Authorises my creditors to persue legal action but I am still very disappointed with debt buster for the lack of assistance with my pleas. Surely if they are really trying to assist their "clients" they should enable such a client to get out of debt quicker???? It seems that debt busters does not want to do this in order to stretch out the time it takes to settle my account so they can keep collecting the service fee??? Better communication could have helped in addressing this issue in a much better way. My advise to anyone is to steer clear of debt busters!!! They have very very poor customer relations and their internal processes and management systems seems to be lacking!!
