Very unsatisfactory service from Debt Busters, very disappointed!!!

Okay to start off with, I am very unsatisfied with my service from Debt Busters. In the beginning they were very good, it's been around 2 years now and of late I have had very very bad service. In June I was placed on short time and had a letter from my company stating that to support my case, having said that Debt Busters said they could give me a 3 month grace period. However my letter was future dated and by the time they had got back to me it was too late to submit therefore I was forced to borrow money from a family member to pay for that month ( which I am still paying back by the way) In July I logged a ticket asking if they could submit it as it was then no longer future dated. They never got back to me, after many tickets logged I finally got an email to state my ticket has been received. A few weeks after, I did not even get a call and received an email stating my ticket has been closed. I then emailed the complaints dept however haven't had a response even to date. I am concerned that they only contact you regarding things that matter to them when it's dealing with money and do not care for those who are actually now in trouble because of their *********** staff or systems. Recently I received an email from my credit provider for my cars finance stating I am over R3000 in arrears. I logged tickets questioning why, even directly emailed CSU and have had no feedback on the issue. I have tried to contact another debt counseling company who have told me that they cannot help me as the court order has gone through, and therefore I cannot move debt counsellers. What is it going to take to get good service? Debt Busters have honestly been a nightmare to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone after experiencing this. How do I know for sure that I will be debt free after this? How can I be reassured that I will not be in debt review for the rest of my life? To be honest I really wish I could take my services elsewhere and if I could move companies id do it with no hesitation, I really want to get out of debt review. If there is someone who can advise me if it is possible to get out of debt review and pay my credit providers the same installments so I can manage it myself, if really appreciate it. Thank you
