Very dissatisfied by debt busters SA

I have been with this company for 3years now and very disappointed on how they handle their customers, I have been paying every month but I still get calls from creditors saying I owe them which does not make sense to me. I have constantly asked debt busters to give me back all my instalments so I can find a company that is competent to assist. It makes to think what awards were they winning to me the best company they claim to be on their website. If the company thinks I'm not worth their time then they should also not waisted mine and my money and just give me all my money back and let me find someone who can assist me
