Very bad service

My son introduced me to this company indicating to me that they will help reduce my instalments of my creditors and this will not affect me if I want credits in the future. I phoned the company and their cosultant Mr Sisanda ec****d what my son told me he even told me that if I want to cancel the contract I can do that at any given time. I indicated to him that in July month I will be receiving my bonuses and I will be settling some of my accounts and he agreed . To my surprise end of April my accounts were debited before month end on the 26th and funds were not available because i get paid month end. I was furious and phoned the company on Friday the 25th May 2018. I told their consultant a that I'm cancelling the contract and will pay my accounts as usual. She told me that the company rules doesn't allow that if I want to cancel I should go the legal route,get a lawyer who will help me or settle all my accounts. Mr Sisanda didn't tell me about that.I just want them to cancel this contract because their consultant Mr Sisanda didn't give me the whole information he ******* us.Me and my son.My son alzso phoned the company to cancel but they send him from pillar to post.
