Very Bad Debtbusters Service

I was supposed to have finished my debt review process at the end of February already after paying faithfully for 60 months. When I asked them to confirm this they came up with a whole bunch of extra balances that were apparently still outstanding and everytime I ask them to look into it I get the same response - they are disputing the balances, but in the meantime I am paying and paying and paying. I am now already two months over my original period!!!!! My smartcents is never correct which I have queried until I am blue in the face. I have a refund from FNB because Hyphen paid them when the account was paid up - but who knows where that is. This is ridiculous as I just want to be debt free and it feels like a hopeless situation to me as I feel I am just going to keep on paying.
