Utmost gratitude and admiration

I would like to take this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude and admiration towards Juanita Plaatjies and especially Shandre Manuel for their assistance with resolving my debt administration and supplying me with the clearance certificate.

Shandre was from the beginning so professional and helpful and really walked the extra mile with her diligence and patience to get my debt administration sorted out. She NEVER lost her cool and pursued the matter as if it was her own account she is handling. There were many e-mails between me and her trying to resolve this matter and at the end I still could not believe her patience to assist me. The thing I appreciated the most was the fact that she kept me positive and said I must not loose hope, everything will eventually be sorted out. So did Juanita.

Needless to say, the clearance certificate was eventually approved and mailed to me. What a relief after months and months of battling.

It will really be appreciated if the names and the type of service they render, be mentioned at Top Level. These two employees from Debtbusters really deserve this and are such a compliment and asset to your Company.
