Useless bunch

Worst experience ever.

Requested clearance certificate according to the Tribunal Consent order and was advised that they cannot provide me with a clearance certificate as they want paid up letters from accounts that never formed part of debt review, which was also confirmed by the creditor that it was settled outside of this process.

I have sent them all the paid up letters for the accounts as per Consent order from the Tribunal but Anita decided in her infinate wisdom that they cannot provide the clearance certificate.

I will never recommend Debtbusters to anyone.

I have however contacted Debt Rescue to assist me as I cannot handle the useless bunch at Debtbusters.
