URGENT CLARIFICATION REQUIRED: Unexplained November Instalment

I urgently need clarity regarding an unexpected instalment of R1,371 that is now reflecting on my profile for payment on 25 November. This has caused significant confusion and concern, as I am hundred percent sure that my debt review accounts will be paid up in October 2025 and I was expecting the process of being formally cleared to resume very soon.

According to my agreement, I have been paying R5,000 per month for 36 month . For context, I have faithfully adhered to my debt review agreement, which stipulated a monthly payment of R5,000 over 36 months. My instalment for October 2025 was correctly reduced to R1,282. According to the Statement of Balances I requested in October, this specific amount was not a regular instalment but was comprised of the final closing balances on my debts, which were: Nedbank Personal Loan: R271.30 , Nedbank Credit Card: R799.62 , PDA fee R55 , Aftercare fees R146.9 and credit monitoring fee of R10 , this brought the total for outstanding debt review amount to R1282. The R1282 was indeed deducted in October an assumed my debt review is now concluded. Based on this, I was anticipating the next step to be the issuance of my clearance certificate and my name removed under debt review status.

To verify this settlement, I have since cross-referenced information from multiple sources, all of which confirm the debts are cleared:

DebtBusters Dashboard & Accounts: While the main dashboard reflects a zero balance under debt review, the individual accounts section still shows minimal outstanding amounts (Nedbank Credit Card: R609; Nedbank Personal Loan: R542). This internal contradiction is concerning.

Latest PDA Statement: This document confirms zero balances across my accounts.

Nedbank App: Both my Nedbank Personal Loan and Credit Card are shown with a zero balance and marked as "paid up" or "settled."

I am extremely confused as to why a new payment of approximately R1,371 is displaying for November 2025. If another instalment was genuinely still outstanding, then logically the full R5,000 should have been deducted in October, as per the original payment agreement and not the reduced amount of R1,280 which your system accepted as the final instalment.

This directly disrupts my expectation of moving forward with the final clearance process. Therefore, I urgently require clarity on the following: What is the specific purpose and detailed breakdown of the R1,371 payment due in November? If the October payment closed the underlying debts and accounted for fees, what liability is this new payment addressing? Can you please explain and reconcile the discrepancy between the settled status on the PDA and Nedbank's records versus this new charge?

I trust that this is an administrative error that can be swiftly resolved. My primary goal is to understand this payment and ensure my debt review is concluded correctly so that the clearance process can resume without further delay. The current conflicting information is causing me considerable distress.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. If this issue cannot be clarified and resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further.
