Update my Credit Profile Accordingly, Remove Paid Up Creditors

Someone please assist, both TransUnion and Compuscan confirmed that they need instruction and Paid Up Letters of my Creditors, for them to update my Credit Score. At the moment we are paying off only 1 creditor. All other 9 creditors are paid up. 1. Why should creditors that are paid up still reflect under our names at Credit Bureaus? 2. What am I paying DebtBusters monthly Service Fee for? 3. The least they can do is to update my Credit Profile Accordingly with Credit Bureaus? 4. I sent both credit Bureau companies all 9 creditors Paid Up Letters, but was told DebtBusters needs to update my records for them to update 5. DebtBuster please update my records, I paid for your services it's not like you are doing me a Favour. Tomorrow I am Reporting you to NCR
