Unsolicited sms marketing

I have been receiving unsolicited sms messages from debt busters, I have in no way opted in for these messages and am tired of receiving a message every 2nd day. I have chatted to an online consultant on their chat and asked to be removed from these messages on Monday 3rd July 2023 and also emailed ***, I was told that my details would be removed, I also requested as to where my details were obtained, what detail they have on me and who gave them permission to electronically market to me. I have since then still received 2 additional sms messages marketing to me and when calling the callcentre or chatting online I am being told they do not have authority to escalate my concern. For me this is not good enough knowing that my data is out there and being marketed to, I have also since then started receiving calls from other marketing companies I did not opt into.
