Unsatusfactory service delivery
I app**** for debt review and a consultant who assisted me promised that he informed all creditrs not to deduct from my bank account end of July 2023. Much to my surprise, one of my creditors still deducted over R3k from my acc, that is excluding the debtbusters amount of R3750 instalment.
I reported this to the debt buster consultant and he advised that i should try and reverse the amount deducted by the creditor. I failed in this attempt amd contacted the consultant Mkhoti Thsabalala again at debtbuster. He then told me that he will enaure that Debtbuster reimburse their instalment to me to the amount of R3750.
I then made promoses to my landlord to pay rent by 07 August 2023, as i await payment from Debtbusters, but only to find an emial from the consultant Mkhoti, to inform that he is not winning with the refund to me.
Ive called several times this past week to Debtbusters and have spoken to numerous teamleaders who evertime promise to come back to me the same day, but failed to as well. I have also been told by the consultant Nkhoti that if they do refund me, the at the end of August 2023, i must pay the normal instalment of R3750 and include R1250 for the next 3 months to make up for the refund amount - something i cannit understand, as this was not my fault but the incompetence in handling/dealing with my creditors. On Monday 07/08/2023, if i do not pay my rent, then we will be homeless and have to vacate our rental place, because of debtbusters.
I would not recommemd any person who wish to apply for debt review to ever make use of Debtbusters, as they dont care about a persons personal financial situation.
I am heart broken.

This resulted in my landlord asking us to vacate the property by today, as she cannot and dont want believe the LIES i am telling her. After numerous emails yesterday to Debtbusters to enquire the status of my refund, no response was received from the person responsible for ensuring that the refund is paid and namely Kelebogile, who apparently is the Superior to Mkhoti Tshabalala.
My family life is been disrupted and we do not have any alternative accomodation or place to sleep tonight. I will have to make a plan for us to sleep at the workplace in one of the offices on the floor, as we do not have any funds to rent a place at the moment and until the end of this month when i receive my salary.
I pray to God that my bosses dont find out that we are squatting at the office at night, as rhis will be big trouble. This all to thanks to Debtbusters, who were supposed to be my helping hand, but instead they cause major disruption in my life.
I need someone to guide me on what i should do in my case, as this is really very sad. Please tell me what i can do.
I hope that those who want to aplly for debt review, do not make use of Debtbusters at all in future.
