Unsatisfactory

On a whole I am extremely disgruntled by the lack of customer service, clarity and communication from Debt Busters. I have been put in a situation of extreme anxiety, frustration, panic & unhappiness due to mis-communication and lack of clarity. It took one week & bringing media in before I received adequate attention to my queries. I will extend appreciation & gratitude to the two individuals who took the time to contact me and give me the clarity and resolve I was looking for.
