Unreliable, don't take responsibility of their own actions, shifts blame

I started with the review process in 2016 and was told my payment would be 12000 a month and I stayed faithful to my payments. Came 2019 Jan I was told there are still some accounts outstanding so it will go on until June I continued paying till June. In July I got an email I won't be cleared coz I'm owing standard bank 15000 though it was part of the review and standard bank started harassing me with calls to make an arrangement to pay them. Strangely enough debt busters is insisting me they'll deduct again 12000 for two months to pay standard bank I don't know which standard bank coz they failed to pay already and put me in a mess? The other funny thing is when I started the review process I had two cars then along the way one was in an accident and insurance paid it off a value of over 100000 but my review premium never decreased and even went extra months and yet I have things still unpaid
