Unprofessional service

<div>I just want to express my disappointment with the service from the consultant from debt busters . +++++&nbsp; as well as the manager by the name of ++++. You know what’s annoying me is that prior to sealing the deal with them , I used to get call frequently just for an update, now that I completed what they were after they no longer care about my queries. I have a query with Nedbank regarding my refund , I’ve been put from pillar to post and ended up getting less than what I was supposed to get , I disputed it and sent relevant proof to support my case but debt busters failed me dismally. I regret choosing them as my debt counselor and would never ever recommend them to anyone. I was better off paying my debts because I’ve now accumulated more debt since they took over.&nbsp;</div>
