Unprofessional

What a **** , firstly they've ignored my *** for months asking for help, secondly no one told me that joining them will make your credit score worse and here they said my instalments will be taken care of , this is disheartening I think people should really not consider joining them imagine sending *** upon *** for **** customer service and still no one even got back to me , what an unprofessional bunch I regret joining them honestly and can't wait for all of this to be over
