Unprofessional Debt Busters

In January I contacted Debt busters about consolidating my debt as I am finally unstable also telling them that I might have funds by March which means I will settle and I was advised that it won't be a problem I was then given a quote of the payment which sounded reasonable so I forwarded my documents but there was no receipt acknowledge or if the application was processed January, February went by with no communication until I went to the bank asking about my credit card that wasn't functioning I was told debt busters has blocked it because I'm under debt review which I wasn't aware of because no one contacted me or confirmed anything and now I have the funds to settle my debts as I have advised them and I have sent numerous emails asking them to cancel the application as it has delayed and not in need of their help any more there is still no response non whatsoever. Please help.
