Unprofessional and terrible service!!

Debt busters seriously disappoint. My last payment was in January. I called the call center to find out what my settlement amount is. He sounded like someone who didn't know anything and wasted my time. In February I see there was another balance and I paid it. then afterward another balance appeared of R13! I called twice and they were not helpful at all and kept me on hold for a long time. I called for the third time and was assured that I would be put off the debit order and a clearance letter would be requested. Now I see another R13 is due at the end of this month!!! No answers and no explanations are given. This really angers me because they appear to be nonchalant about this. My credit profile was supposed to be updated at the end of February. I have plans and now they are delaying these plans. This is very unfair and unprofessional. I did my part by paying diligently every month for years. Why am I being treated like this? Why are you still taking my money even though your smart cents website says the end of January? And why don't your agents know anything?
