Unprofessional and Misleading Service

Absolutely terrible service from DebtBusters. I have been waiting more than 2 months for my rewards cashback payment, and after repeatedly following up, I was told I would receive the funds within the first two weeks of May. Only now I find out that the payment was never even processed.

The lack of communication, false promises, and complete disregard for customers is beyond frustrating. Nobody seems to know what is going on, and every time I ask for answers, I get a different excuse.

If you are going to promise cashback rewards, at least honor them and keep customers informed. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of this situation.
