Unhelpful and worrisome service with no solutions in site.

I've been a client for six months and I have had nothing but problems. They never phone you back, do not respond to e-mails and the your debtor's lawyers start phoning you when they do not receive payments or communication even though your account is automatically debited every month by Debtbusters. My consultant told me he has many other clients, perhaps my account should then be transferred to a consultant who is not so overwhelmed. They have now also taken off more than my agreed upon monthly debit order for the second month in a row. They are extremely unhelpful and no one is ever available to speak to you, the client services department try their best to transfer you but only tell you in the end that your consultant and their team leaders are not available and you neve get a call back. And once you are with debt busters you can not move to another company as your debtors can refuse a second application.
