Unhappy Debtbusters Client

I have been under debt review with DebtBusters since November 2017. In the beginning the service I received was slow, but not bad. NOW, it is **********. I have never missed or been late with a payment and yet I receive calls and threatening sms's from creditors and collection agencies claiming non payment. Statements from DebtBusters reflecting paid up debt is still being deducted. Queries either go unanswered or are not resolved at all. What was told to me in the beginning is a far cry to what is actually happening. It is unfortunate that you can't change debt consolidation companies.
