Unhappy Client

I recently have gone into debt review (of my own choice) and was offered the services of a consultant from Debt Busters. Initially I was very impressed and felt I had come to the right company as this is not a pleasant or easy decision for anyone to make. The contract was completed and I was assured that the confirmation letter was to be sent out post haste to all the Creditors involved. Debit orders would be stopped and replaced with a single debit order with an amount agreed on by both parties. Going forward this amount would be shared between the creditors monthly until such time as the creditors were paid up.( Not rocket science) All was good and confirmed in a contract sent to me. Come payday what a shambles occurs. Creditors are trying to put through their debit orders. Debt Busters wants to put their debit order through. Creditors are phoning with no knowledge of any documents being received from Debt Busters. An absolute shambles. I send a mail for the consultant to contact me urgently but get a mail to say they will reverse any debit orders and must pay the amount now due to them. This is really disgraceful and need someone with some managerial clout to phone me to guide me with the way forward. Just another organization taking money and not caring about the finer details. All too common with my dealings with large corporates. Thank you Very unhappy client
