Unfair process

I was granted a court order so that Debt Busters must issue me with 17.W(d). My attorney did submitted the court order to debt busters on the 06 July 2019. Until now I did not receive my F17W(d). What can be the delay is my question. I also noted that when I was under debt review I was not flagged on the credit bureaus. I went under debt review in 2016. I ask debt busters in November 2018 to cancel my debt review. They inform me to obtain a court order and issue me with a F17.W and only flagged me then on the credit bureaus. According to the NCA someone must be flagged immediately. They were very quick to issue the 17.W and flagged me. Now when I did obtained the court order as per their instruction nothing is happening. This whole process by obtaining the court order did cost me R9000.00 . All I want is the 17.W(d) and my flagged to be removed. That's all. Is it so difficult to do this. You have access to the DHS system to upload the court order and 17W(d). What is the delay?
