I am still waiting for a response from Aqil Fowler I requested to be taken off the Debt Busters system. They advised me that until all my accounts have been paid up they cannot do that. In this time my my services were terminated and I was still listed as under debt review. I pulled my original contract with them, worked towards paying off my accounts that they had listed. I slowly paid off one by one and sent my paid up letters to Debt Busters. I requested they take me off debt review and send me a clearance certificate off which I was told they cannot because I owe around R 2000.00 on my cheque account. Myabe I can't get a clearance certificate until this is paid but why am I still being listed when My cheque account WAS NOT LISTED UNDER debt review, My cheque account was also over R 5000.00 which I have made arrangements with FNB to pay off.

So I cannot understand why they cannot take me off their system?

My arrangements with FNB have nothing to do with my contract to Debt Busters. As it was not on the contract when I signed up with them I had a FNB loan listed with Debt Busters which is paid.

Why can't they take me off their system? Why doesn't anyone get back to me? I have logged a complain to FIN Week as well as The Financial Planner magazine and I will definitely be taking this up further.

Why is it so hard to take me off their system when all my accounts which they had listed are PAID UP!!!!!!
