Unauthorized debit
Very bad service from debt busters. I ve being emailing them keeping them updated about my work. I told them as soon as im back at work i will let them know so that i can go on with my payments. Today the 31st of July my brother paid me money into my account to buy food for my kids as i am a divorci. Debt busters took my money without notifying me. I phoned them and explained the lady and asked her to do a reversal on my money she said she will get someone to call me back. I am still waiting. I dont think it is fair because now my kids must go sleep without food. i did email them so why do they opperate like ******* and just take whatever goes in my account. Its not like i am lying they have my work details so they can contact my store and hear if we open yet. Theyve being running up my bankfees because they everytime try to debit and then it cost me money if there is not enough money in my account. I dont think they care about our situation we in . Theres nothing wr can do if our store dont open yet. This is a bad situation we all in but we cant just go around and take peoples money. If i did not communicate with them then it would have being different but i did communicate . So i just need my payment back in my account. That aint money for debt that is food money. I dont get any salary at the moment. I was still lucky to get by my brother from his uif money to buy food for my kids .

Thank you for an amazing woman like Sumaya who had being able to assist me with my complaint ..however i am still waiting on my refund . Sumaya assured me that the payment had being frozen and will be paid back to my account in the next 12 calender days so im hoping it will happen. In the meantime i had to lend by my neighbours for bread and electricity so by the time i get it back it is going to pay my neighbours so sad tho. Im actually so sorry i turned to debt busters for help because if you add up all the fees they charge you you could have finished your accounts longtime. But i thank them also for assisting me when i needed them. But i will never ever go under debt review ever again. If i had known then what i know now things would have being much different. A 10 out of 10 ratung for Sumaya but for the company itself and all the others involved 0 out of 10 coz they of no help when you realy need their help,
